CBS has a video selection that is subject to relocation or replacement relatively quickly. Think of their items available on the same time scale as a newsstand. Older items disappear as new ones are published or links go obsolete.
In contrast, NBC approaches streaming video as an archive. They keep a lot, and preserve access, which makes their video better for embeds.
CNN comes in as second choice, but a local interference problem makes it difficult to watch live and the RSS feed is not updated as fast or frequently.
