Rubbers Meet The Road

Starting in September, children attending Provincetown, Mass public schools will have access to free condoms. The school committee voted unanimously to provide them on request... But only if the kids agree to counseling on proper use and health concerns.

Although the policy doesn't specify arbitrary age or grade limits, school nurses may deny a child’s "inappropriate" request.
