The buzzy new book "O: A Presidential Novel" imagines Barack Obama's 2012 re-election campaign, but its insider author is staying anonymous. Kurt Andersen was hot on the trail of who it might be, but was able to identify a prime suspect with help from New York magazine political writer John Heilemann, now working on the sequel to his own (nonfiction) campaign book "Game Change."
