Steelers 24, Jets 19
It was a game with two distinct halves, as the teams took turns posting unanswered points. The Steelers scored enough in the part they won to deny the Jets the overall victory... But they were hanging on by their fingernails by the end.
But for a successful goal-line stand, the Jets would've won... Sweet revenge for the Steelers week 15 home loss to the brash New Yorkers.
The Steelers return to the Super Bowl for a record-tying 8th time, 3rd in the era of Ben Roethlisberger, who is only 28, and began this year suspended for the first four games of the season amidst an embarrassing sex scandal.
