Blame Friday's evacuation of Boston's 52 story Prudential Tower on a broken pipe that disabled the skyscraper's cooling system, and knocked out the elevators.Fortunately only 3 people were injured. One was a firefighter who hurt his hand trying to break a fall on a water slickened floor.
It took 40 minutes to evacuate the building. What if it was a fire?
