Darrell Issa, the California Republican about to make life more difficult for President Obama as chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, has had some troubles of his own... Namely being on the wrong side of the law in many criminal investigations and had, among other things, been indicted for stealing a car, arrested for carrying a concealed weapon, and accused by former associates of burning down a building.
