Andrew Bacevich: Author -- "Washington Rules: America's Path To Permanent War" -- Princeton PhD in international relations, professor at Boston University and a retired career officer (colonel) in the United States Army, West Point graduate whose service spans Vietnam through the Persian Gulf... And whose son, also an Army officer, died fighting the Iraq War (2007).
