Remembering Rod Serling

A 2009 postage stamp honoring Rod Serling's 'Twilight Zone' television show (AP)Did you wake up in the same place you last went to sleep?

How can you be sure?

Fifty years ago, Rod Serling raised that question and more when he took American TV viewers into "The Twilight Zone" by way of his new television series on CBS.

Ithaca College in New York is where Serling taught from 1967 until his death in 1975. Here and Now host Robin Young, one of his students, celebrates his life and work in a piece originally presented in 2007.

The school is hosting a similar conference this year.
