School Is Cruel
South Hadley, Massachusetts, a small town in the Connecticut River Valley, became the latest place known for a teen who was bullied to death. The Legislature voted unanimously to enact a tougher law... But too late to help Phoebe Prince.
The local prosecutor may bring further charges against other kids, but so far not has not charged any of the school officials who knew the harassment was happening, but did nothing to halt it.
