Unbalaced Diets

In 2003, "Super Size Me" producer/director Morgan Spurlock survived a month of eating only the largest available portions at McDonalds.

The head of the Washington Potato Commission recently committed to eat 20 spuds a day - and nothing else - for two months, saying he was sick of people labeling potatoes as junk food. And he didn't get sick...
Except of boredom.

Now a nutrition professor at Kansas State University has consumed only convenience store snacks for two months. Little Debbie Snacks, Oreos, Doritos and Diet Mountain Dew sure don't sound like diet food, but it wasn't an out of control binge, either... By keeping an eye on calories he actually lost 27 pounds. When it comes to food, he's a pro!
