Shining Amidst Tragedy

Because of the people of Tucson -- its retirees, its hipsters, its military families, its immigrants and its old-timers -- the attack in which six people were killed and 13 wounded will be remembered not just as a crime, but also for the glimpse Tucson gave us into the resilience of the human soul.
