Army Strong?

Between Tacoma & Olympia Washington there's one of 12 joint bases worldwide, a merger of Fort Lewis and McChord Air Force Base, which had existed side by side to rapidly deploy US forces around the world as needed... But cultures and recruitment are largely separate, and as the Army emphasizes strength, some of the soldiers based there are supplementing their training & combat deployments with steroids.
