Hidden Costs Of Coal

Extraction, processing, transportation and combustion of coal create large tolls on the environment and human health. Poet and farmer Wendell Berry slept in the Kentucky governor's office to protest mountaintop removal. Dr. Paul Epstein from Harvard University's Medical School conducted a study measuring the true costs of coal.
